Mexico City’s climate is quite particular because it is located at 2200 meters of height and it sits on a valley surrounded by mountains and volcanoes. The weather is divided in two seasons: the dry season which goes from November to April, and the rainy season which goes from May to October. Make sure you check the weather forecast before traveling to Mexico.
Spring and summer months are warm, characterized by frequently rains especially in the late afternoon and temperatures that can reach up to 35 ºC during midday. Fall and winter months have sunny days but dawns are usually cold, the average temperature for mornings and nights during these months is 12 º C.
